RemoteMedia Screen Saver PLayer V1.0 is shareware and has a 15 day trial limit. To unlock the full version of the software, you need to purchase a license. You can do this by going to: http://www.remotemediazone.co.nz/purchase.html By installing Remote Media Player V1.0, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the following User License Agreement: 1. LICENSE You may distribute RemoteMedia Screen Saver Player (Trial version) freely provided that complete original distribution files set is distributed without modifications or additions. You may NOT distribute your registration information. You may not reverse engineer decompile or alter the software in any way. RemoteMedia Screen Saver Player is licensed for use on one computer at a time. If you need to use RemoteMedia Screen Saver Player on more than one computer at a time, you need to purchase additional licenses. COPYRIGHT All intellectual property rights in the Remote Media Player V1.0 software are owned by Media Creations Ltd (www.mediacreations.co.nz), and are protected by International copyright laws. Media Creations Ltd gives you the right to do the following: * install this version onto one computer of which you are the primary user, and * make up to one copy of this software for backup purposes only. 3. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY Every effort has been made by the Developers of Remote Media Player V1.0 to make sure the software is free from viruses. There are no trojan horses or viruses within this software. We strongly recommend this software is downloaded from an official website rather than through a file sharing system. During the registration process, Remote Media Player V1.0 uses a generic data collection system to record your computer MAC address (machine number) which is transmitted to a centralized server along with your registration key. This information is recorded for authorization purposes only and no personal data is collected by the software during this process. This is needed to verify your registration status. As permitted by applicable law, Media Creations Ltd disclaims any warranty for the Remote Media Player V1.0 software. This software and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this software remains with you. As permitted by applicable law, Media Creations Ltd shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this Media Creations Ltd product, even if Media Creations Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 4. MISCELLANEOUS The laws of New Zealand govern this Agreement. If this product was acquired outside of New Zealand, local law may apply, although New Zealand law may override local laws.
